Your treatment journey includes:


  • A full consultation and assessment

We are always available should you have any questions or concerns at any stage.


That’s completely normal. During your consultation, we will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend suitable treatment options tailored to you.


You are welcome to contact the clinic at any time or discuss any questions during your consultation.


Yes. Treatments may not be suitable in certain cases


Absolute contraindications include:

  • Pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding
  • Known allergies or previous adverse reactions


Relative contraindications may include:

  • Certain medications
  • Medical conditions


A full medical assessment will always be carried out prior to treatment


Yes. All clients are required to attend a face to face consultation prior to treatment. In most cases, treatment is carried out on a separate day.


Our terms and conditions

At Perfectus Derma Aesthetics, we follow current UK standards and best practice guidance.


  • We do not treat individuals under the age of 18
  • Injectable treatments are typically not performed on patients under 21
  • We do not treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • All treatments are subject to clinical suitability


We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not safe, appropriate, or in the patient’s best interest.


All clients must complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatment.


During your consultation:


  • Medical history will be reviewed
  • Treatment options will be discussed
  • Risks, benefits, and alternatives will be explained
  • Written informed consent will be obtained prior to treatment

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information.


  • A deposit is required to secure all appointments, including face-to-face consultations and treatments
  • Consultation deposits are non-refundable and non-redeemable against treatment costs
  • Treatment deposits are redeemable against the total cost of the treatment on the day of your appointment
  • Deposits are taken to secure clinical time and are therefore non-refundable
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received
  • Payment of a deposit confirms acceptance of these terms


We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


Consultation appointments:


  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-redeemable
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: appointments may be rescheduled and the deposit transferred (at clinic discretion)
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: deposit will be retained


Treatment appointments: 


  • Deposits are non-refundable but redeemable against the treatment cost
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be transferred to a new appointment
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend: deposit will be retained and may not be redeemable


Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment. This may be treated as a missed appointment.


  • All treatments are subject to clinical assessment
  • Individual results may vary
  • No guarantee of specific results can be provided
  • Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes


By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these factors.


Clients will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to:


  • Follow all aftercare advice
  • Avoid contraindicated products or activities
  • Attend follow-up appointments where advised


Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect results and increase the risk of complications.


While all treatments are carried out to the highest clinical standards, complications can occur.


  • Clients must contact the clinic promptly if they experience any unexpected side effects or concerns
  • Emergency contact guidance will be provided during your appointment 


Early intervention is essential for safe and effective management.


  • Payment is due at the time of treatment
  • Package treatments must be paid in full or as agreed
  • Packages are non-transferable


  • Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable (subject to cancellation policy)
  • Treatments are non-refundable once carried out
  • Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with results

This does not affect your statutory rights.


  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Must be used before expiry
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash


We are not liable for complications arising from:


  • Failure to disclose medical information
  • Failure to follow aftercare advice


Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing injury.

  • Personal and medical information is collected for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate treatment
  • Your data is stored securely and treated as confidential
  • Information will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law


You have the right to request access to your personal data.


We aim to provide the highest standard of care.
