EXOSOME THERAPY

Exosome therapy is gaining significant attention for its ability to deliver powerful growth factors, proteins, and genetic material directly to skin cells via extracellular vesicles. 

In clinic we use PURASOMES and SECRETOMES by Derma Focus, ethically derived from bovine colostrum with clinical backing. 

Once attached to the cellular receptor, exosomes are transported into the cell’s nucleus where they interact with the cells DNA. This advanced form of cellular communication helps to enhance the skin’s natural repair and regenerative processes, promoting improved skin texture, elasticity, and overall vitality. 

By stimulating cellular regeneration at a deeper level, exosome therapy offers a promising approach for addressing signs of aging and supporting skin health.

Exosome therapy is a topical treatment but for enhanced absorption and deeper penetration, we apply topical exosomes following a microneedling procedure which allows them to penetrate deeper into the dermal layers. 

Following treatment, you will experience similar effects to that of microneedling. Temporary redness, mild swelling and slight skin sensitivity may be present for the first one to two days. 

Treatment sessions typically last between 60 – 90 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated.
