We usually do not treat anyone below the age of 21 years with injectables.
We do not treat pregnant or breastfeeding women.
We reserve the right to not treat someone if we deem that the requested treatment is not appropriate for the client.
When you book your appointment online a medical questionnaire form will be automatically sent to your email - this is required to be filled out prior to attending your appointment.
At your appointment a thorough consultation will occur, your medical questionnaire will be reviewed and informed written consent for chosen treatment will be obtained.
A review appointment will be made before you leave after treatment - review periods vary depending on the treatment you have.
Α deposit of £30.00 to book your appointment is required.
Booking online will automatically prompt you for this deposit.
If you are booking via phone or email then a link will be sent for a deposit in order to secure the booking time and date.
Α 24 hour cancellation policy applies and will come off the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments cancelled or amended prior to this time will incur no charge BUT if you cancel after this time then your deposit will be retained.
We offer package deals which can be reviewed on our booking website.
Prices for these deals are fixed and include a discount according to the amount of treatment sessions offered or advised.
Package deals are required to be paid in full on the first appointment OR split over each treatment session but need to be paid prior to the last treatment session
